- use of two/four wheel walkers
- use of crutches/walking sticks
Sometimes it is very difficult for someone to remember to take medication or which medication is taken at what stage. Our support workers are well trained in this area. Our support workers can help with medication administration or prompting of medication if needed. They are also required to record the information in the communication book to enable any professional or next worker to know what happened. We can also help in renewing prescription and getting more medication.

Overnight and 24 hour care
Overnight care means care during the night. We offer services around Active night and In-Active nights. Active means the support worker will not have a designated time of sleep and can assist through out the night. In-Active means a support worker can assist a few hours before bed and have some sleep and wake up to assist again the morning.
24 hour care services are designed to meet individual care needs in a 24hr period. It can be for a period of time or ongoing. Services may include meal preparation, personal care, social support, home care, medication support, appointments and general safety when family members/guardians are not around.
Through this program, we are able to offer a variety of services such as bathing, showering, dressing and undressing, grooming, toileting, eating, meal preparation/delivery, to support people who would normally do this work for themselves but due to illness, disability or frailty they are unable to do so without assistance.
